Prices informationVAT exemption : Prices are indicated without local taxes (VAT/HT) : if your company is referenced in one E.C. country, we'll need your VAT ID for the VAT exemption.
Discounted prices on volume : For some parts, we can offer discounted prices if you order several parts of the same type. If these discounted prices per quantities are not mentioned on our web site, please ask us for a personal quote.
But if you are also interested in different types of parts, we may also propose a discounted overall : once again, consult us.
Shipping information :Shipping cost are not included. Please contact us by email to adjust these costs depending of your delivery location, ordered quantities and total weight. It is possible to deliver goods with your own shipping account to get better shipping prices : we will then provide you parcel dimensions and weight so that you can initiate shipping process. 12, 18 or 24 months warranty on NEW parts : Automation-Oldies is not an authorised or affiliated distributor of these manufacturers. Most of the time, the 12-months warranty we propose is covered by Automation-Oldies and its partners. But for some products, we will be able to propose a extended warranty in our official quotation : 18-months, and even 24-months Reconditioned / Refurbished part : Reconditioned parts can be used as an alternative to buying new parts, and can be a cost-effective solution for repairs or upgrades. Automation-Oldies provides a 12-months warranty minimum, but more generally a 18-months warranty on these parts.Some of the new parts on our web site, can also be provided as Reconditioned parts, meaning :
- USED : part has been used at least once,
- replacement of worn or damaged parts if detected,
- preventive actions : repairing cold welds, changing capacitors checked,
- cleaning, fixing cosmetic damage,
- calibrating sensors to ensure accurate readings and proper operation,
- part is controlled on test bench in order to meet manufacturer specifications,
If you cannot find a part in our catalogue or if you feel that the price of the «NEW» part is too high, we can find it for you as a «reconditioned» item at the best cost and with the best quality. Repair :Automation-Oldies can also ensure the repair process of many automation parts.
